Mix Design Code

The Code representing the mix design.

Mix Design Name

The descriptive name related to the mix code.

Plant Name

The plant that the mix code belong too.

Production Volume

The annual production volume of the mix design.

Yield Volume

The calculated theoretical design yield based off the raw materials and design air % in the mix.

Air(%)

The theoretical air content in the mix design.

Yield Variation

The difference between the calculated design yield volume and the target yield volume. For imperial producers this target is 27 ft³, for metric producers this target is 1000 L. (+ values are over yielding mixes, - values are under yielding mixes).

Yield Variation Cost($)

The annualized impact of producing a mix that is over or under yielded based off the yield variation and the cost base amount in the dashboard settings.
