What do the measures in Customer Delivery Performance mean?

Efficiency by Customer & by Job Site
Customers
C60 replaces the name of customers with the customer code when there are instances of multiple customer names with the same customer code
# Pours
The total number of pours for the date range selected. A pour by definition is a combination of jobsite address and date. If multiple plants have shipped to the same job site on the same day, this is considered one pour.
Annualized Cost
The annualized cost impact of the cost per delivery. This metric is calculated by using the cost per delivery, # of deliveries and the date range selected.
Cost/volume
The calculated cost per cube derived from the total minutes of both gap and overlap, truck cost per hour and volume delivered over the time period selected.
Cost/Delivery
The calculated cost per delivery derived from the total minutes of both gap and overlap, truck cost per hour and number of deliveries of the time period selected.
Quantity
Total volume of concrete delivered for the time period selected.
# Deliveries
Total number of valid deliveries relating to the customer or job site for the time period selected.
Total (mins)
The cumulative sum of the overlap and gap per customer or job site.
Delivery (mins)
The amount of overlap and gap per delivery.
Total Overlap/Gap
The individual total overlap and gap per customer or job site.
By Delivery Overlap/Gap
The average amount of overlap or gap per delivery.
