How to use the Saved View feature

Below is an overview video on how to save and apply custom views.

As you apply filters and adjust settings within a dashboard, you can save that exact configuration as a Saved View, so the next time you open the dashboard, your preferences are already in place instead of having to rebuild them each visit.

Saved Views are dashboard specific: a view saved on Margin by Customer only applies there and won't carry over to other dashboards, since each dashboard has its own set of filters and settings.

Once saved, a view can be:

Set as default - so it loads automatically whenever you enter that dashboard

Shared - so teammates can use the same configuration without rebuilding it themselves

Archived - kept on hand for future use without cluttering your active view list

Deleted - removed once it's no longer needed

This makes it easy to maintain consistent, reusable perspectives on your data, whether it's a specific customer segment, time period, or combination of filters you return to often, without repeating the setup work every time.
