❓FAQ
1. How does C60 handle missing timestamps?
When a timestamp is missing or is inaccurate, C60 does not attempt to estimate the timestamp. Instead, when a timestamp cannot be used to calculate a particular delivery phase. C60 will utilize either the planned value or an average.
Example: If the arrive site timestamp is missing or inaccurate on a delivery. C60 cannot accurately calculate the travel time to the job site. C60 will then use the average travel time to the jobsite from historical deliveries in which the timestamps are accurate. If we cannot confidently calculate an average due to not enough historical data, we will then use the planned travel time determined by dispatch.
