A new way to navigate in Customer Cost of Service
- To enhance the dashboard's capabilities for future data analysis (such as cost of service breakdown by Projects), we upgraded its foundations and performance. While this resulted in navigation changes, the core feature remains the same. Keep an eye out for upcoming updates that will offer more ways to dissect Cost of Service data.
Margin by Customer: Added Logistics Surcharges in Tooltips
- More granular data to better pinpoint Margin improvement opportunities.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- More accurate opportunities in Customer Cost of Service achieved by ignoring the invalid deliveries that had missing timestamp information and skewed overall cost averages
- Dots in the scatter plot that sometime displayed the wrong colour in the Customer Cost of Service are now fixed to display the right colour
- All the products that are chosen by the user to account for revenue will also be considered for accounting the material costs to show the margins more precisely in Margin by Customer dashboard
- Planned Load times can be seen in the details of a delivery in the Customer Cost of Service dashboard
- Plant groups can be seen in the Customer Cost of Service dashboard
